Refund & cancellation Policy (RP&CP)
1. Cancellations
– *By You*: Cancel at least 48 hours before the appointment for a full refund. Late cancellations may incur a fee.
– *By Us*: Full refund if we cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., technician unavailability).
2. Refunds
– *Unsatisfactory Service*: Contact us within 48 hours for reevaluation. Refunds/redo services are offered at our discretion.
– *Processing*: Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
3. No-Shows
– Missed appointments without notice are non-refundable.
